Superior to the olive oil version in taste and crunch.

Ingredients
2 slices white bread, cubed
1 tsp parsley leaf
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
3 tbsp butter, melted
Directions
Add bread cubes to a bowl.
Whisk the parsley, garlic powder and salt into melted butter.
Pour over bread cubes and toss until evenly coated.
Sit for 2 mins to let the butter absorb.
Place bread in the air fryer and cook on 200C for 4 mins.
Toss and cook for 2 mins more.
Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate until ready to use.
