Not a recipe but I just bought these and they are fantastic! Also fun.
These are little pearls of balsamic vinegar which are great for giving a little burst of flavour without making a salad soggy.
I used these from Belazu Ingredients but you can buy them from other places.
You can also make them which I might do when these run out but you need a pipette and Agar Agar which makes me think that for the result it's just easier to buy. In this case I don't think home made would taste any better.
