Yes you heard correctly. Finally found something to do with the left over big mac sauce when we have burgers. It was actually excellent.
Also I seasoned all of the beef, added some breadcrumbs and egg to the leftovers and formed into burgers to freeze.
Also, also yes we finally have a HexClad pan!

Ingredients (makes 2 pizzas)
For the meat
1 pack minced beef
1 tbsp paprika
1 ¼ tsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
½ tsp brown sugar
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
For the pizza
2 pizza bases or equivalent dough
c. 1 ½ cups Big Mac Sauce
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
½ head iceberg lettuce, shredded
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Dill pickle slices
Fresh onion, sliced for topping
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 220C.
Mix the meat with the burger seasonings.
Heat some oil in a pan and brown the beef until just cooked through.
Prepare your base - spoon about 6 tbsp big mac sauce to the centre of the pizza bases and spread the sauce all over the dough leaving a 1in crust.
Top with the beef and cheeses.
Sprinkle the crust with sesame seeds.
Bake as per base or dough instructions until the cheese has melted
Layer the top with handfuls of shredded lettuce, dill pickle slices and onion.
Drizzle with the rest of the Big Mac Sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
