The recipe I used for this had a lovely vibrant green dip pictured, looking a lot like guacamole. I didn't get that. Tasted great though.
They also called it 'Roquamole'. I'm not doing that.
Ingredients
125g crumbled roquefort cheese (or similar)
60ml sour cream
2 ripe avocados
35g sliced green jalapenos (from a jar)
2 spring onions (finely sliced)
¼ teaspoon paprika
Method
Crumble or mash the blue cheese with the sour cream.
Mash in the avocados.
Roughly chop the sliced jalapenos and stir them into the mixture along with the finely sliced spring onions and paprika.
Serve with tortilla chips or your choice of edible vessel.
