A simple but delicious blue cheese sauce for steak, burgers, dipping.....
Ingredients
30g butter
1 tbsp plain flour
200ml milk
75g blue cheese, chopped
Method
Melt the butter over a medium heat.
Stir in the flour and let cook for a minute or 2 until fully combined.
Gradually pour in the milk, stirring constantly, until the sauce is smooth and all the milk has been added.
Bring the mixture to a simmer and stir in the cheese.
Cook until the cheese has melted and the sauce has thickened slightly.
