Wanted a nice vinaigrette for a green salad, had excess capers. Also just found out how to spell vinaigrette.
Ingredients
1 1⁄2 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp salt
1⁄4 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
3⁄4 cup olive oil
3 tbsp capers
Method
Combine the mustard, salt, pepper and vinegar in a small bowl.
Whisk in olive oil until well blended.
Stir in capers.
