Caper Vinaigrette

Wanted a nice vinaigrette for a green salad, had excess capers. Also just found out how to spell vinaigrette.

Ingredients

• 1 1⁄2 tsp dijon mustard

• 1 tsp salt

• 1⁄4 tsp black pepper

• 1/4 cup white wine vinegar

• 3⁄4 cup olive oil

• 3 tbsp capers
  

Method

• Combine the mustard, salt, pepper and vinegar in a small bowl.

• Whisk in olive oil until well blended.

• Stir in capers.
