Not so much a recipe and a highly recommended way to improve on a chicken kiev. Do all of the below from scratch if you fancy but this is for speedy dinners. I used the Bistro range of supermarket kievs and that is fancy enough.
Ingredients
Shop bought chicken kievs
Shop bought bechemal sauce
Shop Grated cheese
Method
Top the kievs with bechemal.
Scatter with cheese.
Bake as per kiev instructions.
