Now I find pork chops a bit dry, no matter how careful you are with the cooking. These were so juicy. Definitely worth taking the extra step of marinating.

Ingredients
4 pork chops
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp pork seasoning
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180C.
Pat dry the pork chops, season with a sprinkling of salt and pepper and place them in a baking dish.
Whisk the olive oil, soy sauce, and seasonings and drizzle over the pork chops.
Marinade for 30 minutes then turn and marinade for another 30 mins.
Bake the pork for about 30 mins until cooked through.
Let the pork rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Optional: We rendered the fat first but it still wasn't crispy enough so we took it off while the pork rested and whacked it in the air fryer.
