Remoulade Sauce

I love a sauce, I love celeriac remoulade. This is better as I don't have to wrestle the vegetable. Yes I have bought jam jars for my sauces.



Ingredients

 

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 1/2 tbsp gherkins, finely chopped

  • 1 tsp capers, finely chopped

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 2 tsp parsley leaf

  • 1 pinch salt

 

Method

 

  1. Combine the ingredients and mix!
