As a side rather than a full chow mein.
Ingredients
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
Egg noodles
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 clove garlic, grated
1/2 onion, sliced
1/2 bag beansprouts
1/2 tsp sugar
Method
Cook noodles (if not fresh) according to packet instructions. Run under cold water to prevent sticking.
Heat oil and fry garlic and onion and cook until softened slightly.
Add beansprouts and cooked noodles.
Stir and add dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar.
