Really nice alternative to fried rice. SUPER spicy. Recipe said 3 tbsp Thai green paste, I used 2, would use 1 next time! But I am basic.

Ideally velvet the chicken first.
Heat up the oil in a wok and add the onions
Put your rice on to cook
Add the chicken to the onions and cook until done.
Add the prawns, coconut cream and curry paste.
Let it simmer for a couple of minutes.
Add the peas.
Add your eggs and stir through.
Add the rice and stir in.
Add fish sauce.
Keep frying till it drys up a little.
