This is something I tried for a special occasion to go with scallops on chorizo and it is so tasty! It would go with lots of other things too but particularly fish. Not sure if I'd class it as a sauce or a side. Either way it's moorish.
Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil
375g frozen petit pois
1/2 tbsp green thai curry paste
1/3 cup soured cream
Sea salt flakes (to taste)
Method
Cook the peas in boiling, slightly salted water, then drain and tip into a blender
Add the thai curry paste and sour cream and blend
Season with salt to taste
Add more cream if it's too spicy
